Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Paonta Sahib town and up to 8 km around. Not sure if you are covered? Ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free, with no minimum order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by 6 pm arrive the same day. Orders after 6 pm arrive the next day.
How do I order?
Add products to your cart, then tap Order on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with your order written out. Press send in WhatsApp, and we reply to confirm.
How do I pay?
You pay when the order arrives, in cash or by UPI.
Are prices the same as MRP?
Yes. Every product is sold at its printed MRP, which includes all taxes.
What if something is out of stock?
Out-of-stock products cannot be added to the cart, and your order message lists anything that ran out. If something runs out after you order, we tell you before delivery and you pay only for what arrives.
What if something arrives damaged, wrong or expired?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you. Returns has the details.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp before the order leaves us and we cancel it.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry three brands right now: Farmley, Nuvie and Peping. The shop lists every product.
Can I buy these brands in a shop?
We are starting to. Shops that stock our brands will be listed on this site as they join. If you own a shop, For retailers has the details.
