What we collect

• The order you send us on WhatsApp: the items, your name, phone number, address and landmark.
• Anything you send through a form on these pages.

Why

• To confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To tell you when a product is back in stock, if you ask us to.
• To reply to messages and enquiries.

What stays on your phone

Your cart, and your last order number, are kept in your own browser so they survive closing the page. They are not sent to us until you order.

Who handles it

We do not sell your details. These services handle them only to do the jobs above:

• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries your order message and our replies.
• Formspree, which delivers the forms on these pages to us. It is based in the United States, so form messages leave India.
• Product photos and videos load from the brands' own websites and image hosts, and the fonts from Google Fonts. Those services see your browser's request, as any website does.

These pages load no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Your choices

Ask us on WhatsApp or through the contact form to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
