Terms of sale

The short version: printed MRP, free delivery, pay when it arrives, and we put right anything wrong.

Prices

Prices are in rupees and include all taxes. Products are sold at their printed MRP.

Orders

An order is placed when you send it to us on WhatsApp and is accepted when we confirm it. If something is out of stock we tell you before delivery, and you pay only for what arrives.

Delivery

We deliver free, within the area on the Delivery page. Orders placed by 6 pm arrive the same day, later orders the next day.

Payment

You pay on delivery, in cash or by UPI.

Cancelling

Message us on WhatsApp before your order leaves us and we cancel it.

Returns

Our returns policy forms part of these terms.

Complaints

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Quote your order ID (it is at the top of your order message); it is your complaint number. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
