To Be Honest (TBH) makes a line of snacks it calls Crunchies, made from vegetables and fruit such as sweet potato, chickpea, jackfruit, banana, beetroot and okra. The brand says they are vacuum-cooked, which it says keeps the colour of the raw vegetables and uses half the oil of deep-fried chips.
The company is run by co-founder Mayank Gupta, who handles operations, with Ritika Agrawal leading marketing and sales and Anuj Ghanghoria handling operational work.
